Management Communication · Leadership · Employee Experience

Short Overview:

This research examined the role managers play in shaping the employee experience, challenging the idea that effective management is simply about directing work and measuring output.

Through a state-of-the-art literature review, the project explored the manager–employee relationship across three critical stages: building teams through facilitation and delegation, leading through feedback and trust, and navigating employee dissent. The research considered how communication, Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), motivation, feedback, and managerial response influence employee satisfaction, collaboration, performance, and retention.
