I believe communication has the power to shape organizations - not just brands.
Point of View
My career began in copywriting, where I learned the importance of clear messaging and consistent brand voice. Early on, I was focused on crafting the right words—but as my career progressed, I found myself increasingly interested in the decisions that shaped those words in the first place.
My graduate studies in Communication Management expanded the way I thought about organizations, giving me a deeper appreciation for how leadership, culture, and communication influence every aspect of the customer experience. As my career progressed, that perspective was continually reinforced through experience.
I noticed that many communication challenges weren't actually communication problems at all. They were symptoms of something deeper: misaligned leadership, disconnected teams, unclear priorities, or inconsistent decision-making.
That realization transformed the way I approach my work. Today, I don't begin by asking, "What should we say?" I begin by asking, "What organizational truth should our communication reflect?" Because when communication is aligned with purpose, leadership, and customer experience, brands become stronger from the inside out.
What I Believe
I believe the strongest brands are built from the inside out.
Customers don't simply experience marketing—they experience organizations.
Every interaction reflects the countless decisions made behind the scenes, from leadership priorities to employee alignment to customer support.
That's why I approach communication differently.
Before asking what an organization should say, I ask what needs to be true for that message to feel authentic.
How I Work
I do my best work in environments where ideas can be challenged respectfully and decisions are grounded in curiosity rather than assumption.
I'm not interested in being the loudest voice in the room.
I'm interested in asking better questions.
I believe healthy disagreement strengthens organizations, accountability builds trust, and research creates better decisions.
My goal isn't to defend my ideas.
It's to help teams arrive at stronger ones.
Beyond the Resume
Outside of work, I'm drawn to spaces and experiences that tell thoughtful stories.
Whether I'm exploring architecture, redesigning my home, or discovering a boutique hotel, I'm fascinated by how intentional design influences the way people feel.
That curiosity naturally carries into my professional work, where I enjoy thinking about brands as complete experiences rather than isolated marketing campaigns.
